Historic Homes Identification
Many houses in Otsego are around 100 years old. The group working on this project welcomes additional volunteers to help research historic records, and to identify and document each house in the city that is around 100 years old. The results of this project will be preserved at the OAHS Museum and the library.
This is a good project to learn about land and tax records, and to identify the architecture and age of an old house. Check in at the museum to volunteer for this project or send and email to oahs@otsegohistory.org

"Snapshot" Of Otsego Local Businesses
The group working on this project will document and preserve information about the many businesses that exist in Otsego, about 175 years after founding in 1831. Photographs, current owners names and clippings such as advertisements, news stories, etc. about each business will be assembled in a scrapbook and preserved in the OAHS Museum and the library.
We appreciate the many historic photographs that we currently have of Otsego, and hope that this project will provide future generations a historical "snapshot" view and information about our town as it was in 2008. Check in at the museum to volunteer for this project or send and email to oahs@otsegohistory.org
